Please read this document carefully before using the 5278 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.
1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using the 5278 platform through our website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 5278 as the platform provider. By registering an account, you are deemed to have read and accepted all terms stated herein, including any future updates. You further agree that continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2 Account Creation & User Security
To access the full range of 5278 services, you are required to register a valid account using accurate and up-to-date information. You must be at least 18 years of age and a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident who is legally eligible to use this platform.
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice. You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Notify 5278 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
- All activity conducted under your account is your sole responsibility, unless it is proven to have resulted from a security failure on the platform's end.
3 Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 5278 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including Touch 'n Go (TNG) eWallet, online banking via FPX, and direct transfers through major Malaysian banks such as Maybank and CIMB.
Deposit
Deposits are processed based on your chosen payment method. Some methods are processed instantly, while others may take up to a few minutes. Minimum deposit limits vary by method and will be displayed during the deposit process.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are processed to a verified bank account registered under the same user's name. Processing times are between one and three business days. 5278 reserves the right to delay or investigate any withdrawal request that appears suspicious, as a security measure to protect user accounts.
4 User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Users of the 5278 platform agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:
- Using false information or another person's identity during registration or transactions.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Unauthorised transfer, sale, or distribution of account credits to third parties.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
- Sharing content that infringes copyright, is defamatory, or contains threats directed at other users.
Users who violate any of the above prohibitions may face actions including immediate suspension, account closure, forfeiture of credit balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.
5 Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 5278 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or uninterrupted availability. 5278 shall not be liable for any financial loss, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, to the extent permitted by Malaysian law.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 5278 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 5278. Reproducing, redistributing, modifying, or using any of these assets without prior written permission from us is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 5278 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third party before engaging with them.
6 Account Policy, Terms Updates & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
5278 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, platform abuse, breach of terms, or illegal activity. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to a refund of any remaining balance in the affected account.
Changes to Terms
5278 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 5278 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
